After completing a Natural History Illustration course in the ‘90s I have continued to paint consistently, exhibiting and selling my work in Europe and the UK. I also provide classes in botanical art in the Algarve, Portugal.

BOTANICAL ART I’m inspired by the beauty and decay of nature around me. I work in watercolour, ideal for delicate, descriptive studies. These paintings can take many hours of work, slowly building depth of colour and detail. After exhibiting with The Society of Botanical Artists I was awarded a Fellow membership in 2019. I’m also a member of the Algarve Society of Artists.
PET PORTRAITS I specialise in detailed paintings of all animals, but work mainly with cats & dogs.
ILLUSTRATIONS Jewel like colours and a sense of fun pervades these artworks, they appeal to children and adults alike.
